David’s Testimonial When I met Julie I was depressed and overweight in a cycle of work hard play hard and hit the gym sporadically whenever I could make time between work and hangovers. I was overweight by about 35KG and had very little idea of nutrition or respect for my body.   I had been training at the gym that Julie was working out of and had been seeing friends getting results from her for over two years, I always thought I didn’t need help knowing all and being independent and dedicated to ill health at that stage I was too proud to ask for the help I clearly needed seen as I was attending the gym I thought I was doing OK.   I eventually saw sense and signed up to Julies 12 week course.   Julie slowly started me on the path to good health and respect for my body It was not a quick fix. I am now on my fourth round of 12 weeks and even though I am not completely happy as I never will be I am in the best shape of my life, I Have lost the 35kg’s and I am now concentrating with the help of Julie to put on some more muscle.   I never felt that what I wanted was unattainable with Julie, her 12-week course was a step-by-step guide of self-improvement and by the end of one round, I had the tools to keep going myself and see the improvements in myself both in body and in mind.   Julie is very personable and does not take herself too seriously, but her results are serious, and she absolutely knows what she is doing.   It is a journey of self-discovery and an education about your own body that is invaluable. I still to this day sign up for her 12-week course as it keeps me on the road to success and there is no fear of me falling back in to my old ways where I felt a hatred of myself and a dread of the day ahead of me. I learn something new every week on the course.   I still eat, but much more informed. I still drink but much more measured and I still go to the gym but more often and with A sense of excitement.   I genuinely can recommend Julie and her team with all my heart; it is the cheapest most profitable investment I have ever made.
