The Process:

Sign up to self-health questionnaire

Take 5 minutes to answer specially designed Questionnaire.

Within 24 hours results will be emailed to you.

Protocol Results will include the 3 areas to focus your attention.

There are 3 separate lessons/PDF on your top 3 highlighted issues

From there pick one of these protocols to focus on eg digestion - chewing food, relaxing while eating etc.

We will first assess the answers from your questionnaire which will highlight the systems of the body that need supporting and this will ultimately guide and shape your individualized roadmap to health.
Within your results we look to address the presenting symptoms that are impacting how your body is functioning, for example, indigestion maybe related to your digestive habits, causes could be from not chewing your food thoroughly, eating on the run and or eating while stressed.
There are over 100 multiple choice questions that are answered by you, the answers are correlated by one of our nutritionists and delivered in an easy-to-read PDF format, each health aspect highlighted by the questionnaire is explained and a step by step guide to address these issues is supplied.

On completion of the questionnaire which should take no more than 5 minutes our nutritionists will perform a comprehensive breakdown of your answers and within 24 hours will provide feedback with step-by-step guides tailored for you to address anything that has been flagged within the self-health questionnaire.
Within your bespoke report there is a “six-week health reboot” provided which we send to everyone as it is applicable to everyone no matter what shape you are in.
This simple to follow guide provides the basic first steps of being healthy, you will also receive an individual report on your 3 primary areas of concern that need to be addressed, which will set out procedures to aid you in improving your overall health and get you on the right track.
