Provided In-house at out base in sandyford Industrial estate Dublin 18 or online, Our wellbeing coaching service is a comprehensive programme is individually designed to enhance physical and mental health through a holistic approach. We recognize that achieving overall wellbeing requires a combination of strength training, resistance training, flexibility training, mobility training, endurance training, and cardiovascular training.

 

Strength training forms an essential part of our program, focusing on building muscle strength and increasing bone density. By incorporating resistance training, we aim to improve muscle tone, increase metabolism, and enhance overall physical performance.

Flexibility training is also incorporated to improve joint mobility, reduce muscle stiffness, and prevent injuries.

 

Mobility training is an integral component that emphasizes movement patterns and range of motion. It helps improve posture, balance, and coordination while enhancing joint flexibility. We also incorporate endurance training to boost cardiovascular fitness, increase stamina, and promote efficient oxygen utilization.

 

Cardiovascular training is another vital aspect of our program, focusing on improving heart health, reducing the risk of chronic diseases, and increasing overall endurance. It includes activities such as running, cycling, and swimming, among others.

 

Our wellbeing coaches are certified professionals who provide personalized guidance, support, and motivation throughout the journey. They assess individual needs, set realistic goals, and tailor the training program accordingly to ensure optimal results. By combining these various training modalities, our wellbeing coaching service aims to enhance physical strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness, ultimately promoting holistic wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle.
