Our primary programme runs for 12 weeks.

Focus of our programme

Education, habit formation, accountability. We give you the information for you to make better decisions going forward. 

What time commitment is needed?

10-20 minutes for a weekly chat, nightly homework (5-10 minutes), moderate daily activity 30-60 minutes.

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone sees results at different stages but you will see a marked difference upon completion of the 12 week programme.

Are there any specific dietary guidelines or recommendations to follow? 

There is spectrum of changes but nothing is forbidden.

Is the programme suitable for beginners or more advanced individuals? 

We welcome all and everyone.

Can the programme be modified for individuals with specific medical conditions?

Absolutely if necessary we will consult your general practitioner to collaborate with them on your progamme.

Any age restrictions or limitations for participating in the programme?

We work with clients 16 years of age and up.

Can this programme help with weight management or weight loss?

Although not our primary concern, absolutely.

Are there certain food groups that are exempt on the programme?

No.

How do I track progress and measure the effectiveness of the nutritional programme?

Together we track your progress with our weekly check-ins and feedback.

Can I continue with the dietary recommendations and habits learnt after completing the programme?

That is the aim of the entire programme.
